Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing 8444.ws or creating an account, you are legally agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services, games, betting, payments, and customer support on the 8444 platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Account Creation, Security & Age Requirement

- Each individual may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.

- If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
- If identity verification (KYC) documents are requested after account creation, they must be submitted within the specified timeframe.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
All users must follow the guidelines below when using the 8444 platform:
- The platform must not be used for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
- Using bots, automated software, or any technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
- Attempting to hack another user's account or steal their information is strictly prohibited.
- Any intentional exploitation of platform bugs or technical errors for personal gain will result in the closure of the account involved.
Any breach of these prohibitions gives 8444 the right to suspend or close the account at any time and pursue legal action.
Payment, Transactions & Bonus Policy
All financial transactions on 8444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using approved payment methods, including bKash and Nagad.
- Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are governed by the rules outlined in the platform's payment section.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within the designated timeframe after verification; delays may occur in exceptional circumstances.
- Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to separate terms; specific wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
- 8444 reserves the right to hold or investigate any payment if suspicious transactions or fraud are suspected.
- Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted; deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
The 8444 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 8444 will not be directly liable for any losses arising from technical issues, server disruptions, or unforeseen events. It is the user's own responsibility to assess their financial situation before placing any bets.
All content, logos, designs, and software on the 8444 platform are protected under 8444's intellectual property rights. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior permission. 8444 is not responsible for the content or policies of any third-party links that may appear on the platform.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through direct discussion.
Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
8444 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account under any of the following circumstances:
- Evidence of a terms violation or fraudulent activity.
- Failure to submit identity verification documents within the required timeframe.
- Multiple accounts found belonging to the same individual.
- Voluntary account closure requested by the user.
If an account is closed, any verified balance will be refunded through the 8444 support team; however, balances may be forfeited if any irregularities are found.
